pak35 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pak35" or "we" or "us" means the company operating the pak35 platform under its international gaming licence, together with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the pak35 website accessible at pak35.org, its mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all services, products, and content made available through them.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, and conduct financial transactions.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or as a visitor.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by pak35.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked in eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary arrangement through which a Player requests temporary or permanent restriction of access to the Platform.

By accessing the pak35 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and any other supplementary policies published on pak35.org. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

To open and maintain a pak35 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak35 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pak35 or any affiliated gaming platform, unless that exclusion period has formally expired and access has been reinstated by pak35.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of pak35.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and truthful.
• You understand and acknowledge that online gaming may be regulated differently depending on your jurisdiction, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring your personal compliance with any applicable local laws before using the Platform.

pak35 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak35 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak35 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your Account.

pak35 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you personally. You will be liable for all bets placed, withdrawals processed, and other actions taken through your Account until you notify pak35 of unauthorised access and your Account is suspended.

• You must notify pak35 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not open more than one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• pak35 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform.
• pak35 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from pak35 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on the pak35 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak35 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and IBFT bank transfer to major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and Allied Bank.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. pak35 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name and matching your verified Account identity.

• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to standard banking processing times.
• pak35 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for deposit unless KYC verification has been completed and an alternative method approved in writing by the pak35 finance team.
• pak35 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any commercial bank.
• Funds deposited in excess of your intended balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard verification process.

pak35 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any strategy that pak35 reasonably believes is designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, bonus baiting, or systematic arbitrage — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion's wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification procedures.
• pak35 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

By placing any bet on the pak35 Platform you agree to the applicable sports betting rules, casino game rules, and any other game-specific regulations published on the Platform. The following general provisions apply to all bets placed on pak35:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. pak35 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances set out below.
• pak35 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to real-time market availability. pak35 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per selection, per market, and per event. These limits are published within each betting market and may be amended at pak35's discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void, or result reversal by the relevant sporting authority, pak35 will settle all affected bets in accordance with the applicable sports rules published on the Platform.
• pak35 reserves the right to delay settlement of any bet pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, result manipulation, or suspicious betting patterns.

pak35 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or vulnerability on the Platform. Any such issue must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pak35.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players without authorisation.
• Engaging in any systematic arbitrage strategy that exploits pricing discrepancies between pak35 and other gaming platforms.

pak35 employs real-time fraud detection and game integrity monitoring. Any Player identified as engaging in prohibited conduct waives all claim to any funds held in the affected Account.

pak35 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only. It is not a financial product and should never be used as a means of generating income.

pak35 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or log-out triggers after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and request exclusion from all pak35 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

pak35 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pak35 — including CNIC details, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction records — is used for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have provided consent. pak35 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

pak35 retains transaction and Account records for the minimum period required under its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, after which data is securely destroyed.

All content on the pak35 Platform — including but not limited to the pak35 name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak35 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pak35.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak35 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond pak35's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics provided by third-party data feeds;
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak35's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pak35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if pak35 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified cash balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that accrued before the date of termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak35 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation or mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, Pakistani domestic gaming law does not apply to the operations of pak35, which operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence issued by a competent regulatory authority.

pak35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak35 will provide at least 14 days' notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently operative version of these Terms. Previous versions are available on request from our support team.
